If, however, you are simply unhappy with your purchase, we will do our best to try and work with you to resolve the situation. Though, are our goal is to minimize situations like these by making sure you work with one of our sales representatives at the time of your order.
After placing your order with AFD USA online, you will be contacted by a sales representative shortly there after. This is to make sure you have a point of contact should any questions, or issues, arise with your product.

AFD USA was founded in 2016 with the distinct goal of bringing high quality Amish Furniture to everyone. It was the brainchild of Mark Mueller, co-owner of Mueller Furniture. A family owned, brick and mortar furniture store thats been in business since 1927.
They have been selling Amish Furniture from this store for some time now, but struggled to meet the demand of customers for who it wasn’t practical to come shop at their location in Bellville, IL.
Therefore, it is Mark’s hope that AFD USA will deliver that same, premium, in-house shopping experience to you online.
